I purchased a center table for my sofa set from here....they had a huge variety with affordable prices & quality

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable! I placed an order for a bunker bed at KS Origin Furniture and paid a ₹4,000 advance. At the time of purchase, the salesperson promised delivery in 3 days. That didn’t happen. After 3 days, they said they needed one more week. I agreed and waited. Then after 1 week and 3 more days, they casually told me to wait 4 more days. That’s nearly 3 weeks of broken promises! Now they’re offering a “temporary bed” as if that makes up for the inconvenience, lies, and poor service. No proper updates, no urgency, and clearly no value for customer satisfaction. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly do NOT recommend KS Origin Furniture. If you want honest timelines and professional service, go to Leepakshi or Shalimar Furniture instead. KS Origin is not worth the hassle.

I have booked on 3 seater,single seater sofa & recliner by showing him the model & paid Rs. 10k as advance. But, he has sent me different sofa & blaming us only as we have changed the model. He is trying to pull out his old stock by fooling customers. I have approached him & he promised me he will do alternative. Not picking my calls. Basic knowledge of service & handling customer's is zero.
