Excellent excellent service. Wonderful attitude and amazing customer relationship. I bought a office chair and it had a snag, KGN folks took care of it within a reasonable time and kept informing me of the status regularly.

Low price and best quality...

I'm a returning customer to KGN furniture. It was started from buying a computer table and recently I bought a double door wardrobe. Quality is great. Prices are affordable. Good collections available in the shop. Furniture customization is available with them and will deliver on time. Staffs are politely explain the features of the furniture and listen to us in case we have different opinions. Overall shopping experience is very good.

I bought most of the things like Sofa, bed plus cot, dining table etc when I moved to Chennai 7 months back. Now without even completing one year I have a crack In cot so the quality is so poor and I paid around 25000 for cot plus bed. Really disappointing,if you are providing low quality things how are u charging this high price.!!!!!! So disappointing, we earn money with hardworking.not even one year and there is a crack and when asked for repair their arrogance and attitude.. pathetic. Just saw your reply so felt like sharing the 25k quality of bed cot wood quality….
