Goods are sold at this shop by telling lies. Naveen's nature is very rude. When I went to him to complain about the goods I had bought, he went back on his words.

After sales service is pathetic. Please don't buy from here. Once you pay them money their real attitude will come up. And they behave bad.. they will show you different item.. and send different quality. Staff is abusive when you complain

Very disappointing experience with Luxmi Furniture. I was shown one quality of sofa at the showroom, but a completely different and inferior product was delivered. At the time of finalization, they clearly said full payment could be done after delivery. However, once the advance was paid, their attitude changed and they started demanding full payment before delivery. After receiving the advance, their behavior became rude and aggressive. A person named Naveen was especially unprofessional, and communication felt intimidating. Promises were not honored, and customer service was extremely poor. I strongly do not recommend Luxmi Furniture. Please be very careful and do not trust verbal commitments. I also have serious concerns about the conduct of a person named Naveen associated with this store. Based on my experience and information I later came across, I would strongly advise customers to be very cautious before making any payment.
