I purchased a 5 seater sofa and a centre table from there last week, after 12 hrs I found that table is broken I called to the shop and they said we will send someone after 2 days. I complaint about the finishing because there was gap between glass and wood and the gap is not equal on an edge, may be glass or wood is not straight but finally not satisfied with this shop and behavior at all. Will never go this shop again and if someone will ask then will advise to not to go this shop.

Poor quality furniture. Have purchased a computer table and chair. Table's quality was pathetic as the sunmica wasnt glued properly. Have complaint him numerous times but no response. I understand that there is labour crunch at this time but i have been following up with them since last 1 month. Will not purchase anything from Touchwood Furniture and will not recommend anyone if you want quality stuff.

Worst products Bought double bed, table, chairs, dressing table, we specifically asked for sagwan wood but they cheated us. Bed is simply made of ply which is shedding in corner. Also, it is broken inside which we didn't noticed while assembling.

Bought a center table from them and it was waste of purchase, the wood falls off every now and then. They promised one full paint service and never showed up even after calling frequently. Sent someone for touchup on a brown table with black paint which made it patchy and even worse. Don't buy anything as they keep low quality stuff

I customised one bed from this place. Work done is very bad, they didn't even polish the bed boxes which is very basic thing. The alignment of bed is not proper and finishing is very poor. When I asked them about these issues, they responded we make beds like this only.
