They promised to use 304 grade Jindal stainless steel for my full house railings and window work and charged full price for 304 material. Visually everything looked fine, so we trusted them. Later, I referred them to a friend. During his work, he decided to get the steel tested in a lab. The test report clearly confirmed that the material used was NOT 304 grade, but a lower quality stainless steel. After learning this, I had the steel used in my own house tested as well. The result was the same — it was not 304 grade as promised and billed. When confronted with lab test evidence, instead of clarifying or resolving the issue, they stopped answering calls and messages completely. If you are considering this vendor, do not rely on verbal assurances. Demand material test certificates and independently verify the steel quality before releasing full payment. Please be extremely cautious. I am sharing this so others do not face the same experience.
