Right from choosing the furniture online, getting quick real time actual photo, and prompt follow up call from the store manager, yusuf saifi , who also facilitated an excellent viewing of a variety of furniture in a fast track manner along with his colleagues, Shri Chandan and Shri Durgesh. Best was, all of this was done with a smiling, pleasant countenance and in a professional manner. 7 stars. Thanks!

Ordered a bed with side tables and recieved today.. loving it, this is my second product from this store and both products build and quality is awesome. Saw one design online and showed them and they were confident that they can make it and received better than online product as assured by them.

I appreciate their prompt service, their variety of products, range and comparatively cheaper price and so far we have faced no complaints with their furniture. My favourite piece of furniture from them is Sideboard and big size wooden framed mirror. Definitely recommending House of furniture Clearance to my friends and family. Their comfort and quality is what keeps bringing me back. From the shopping experience to the product selection and delivery it is a complete amazing experience.. A very helpful service prior to ordering and the delivery was very quick, following our order with plenty of accurate info regarding date and time. The quality of the furniture is superb.. I must mention Pawan is such a great asset to House of furniture Clearance, his communication is amazing and he bent over backwards to fulfill our order, always approachable and helpful. Please do yourself a favour and if you have a question call them. It’s refreshing to have such helpful people on the phone. 5 stars easy, absolute no brainer!

Worst Experience Ever! Whole Diwali spoiled just because of the owners (Yusuf) casual approach.. I had ordered furniture worth ₹72,000 from them, but after multiple follow-ups, they delivered only two beds — that too after a delay of three days. The rest of the furniture hasn’t been delivered, and there’s been absolutely no proper update or accountability from their side. Bill is attached. The moment they received the advance payment, their entire attitude changed — from being sweet and promising to rude, careless, and unbothered. Our delivery was delayed by 3-4 full days, and they didn’t care at all whether the goods were even reaching us. Every time we called, we were met with lame excuses and zero accountability. After so much chasing and stress, the final product was another disaster — the bed design was completely wrong in size, alignment was off, and the finishing was pathetic. Clearly, there’s no quality check or professionalism in their work. This shop only cares about taking money — once the payment is done, they simply stop caring about the customer. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional, and disappointing.
