I had the chair fixed from them and the guy who came to my house to repair the chair, he said if you face any issues with it, give me a call and I will come. We didn't even bargain and gave the full amount he and the shop owner quoted even though I felt that it was quite high. Post 2 days when the chair had issues for the exact thing he repaired, I called him and he said I am on the site today I won't be able to come, same thing happened for 3-4 days. Then I called the owner, he said he will send the guy, 2 days later when no one had come, I called the owner again. Then he says let me try calling the repair guy again and then he goes that the repair guy isn't picking up the call. I have now even stopped trying to get them to re fix the chair. Pathetic Service. Don't even try.
