The ambiance is not good. It is on the backside of the building and not easily traceable. So proper board and hoarding should be fixed. Office premises is not neat and clean.

The office had no staff at 1030 am, I was asked to come at 12 noon, at 1230 no one could give me a sim card, said lady in charge will come later, I returned at 4pm still no way I could get a sim card. Reason oh sir she was here and left at 3pm. It's a v sad situation that a government owned telephone company has such a service. Sorry sir Minister of Telecommunications it's sad that our BSNL WILL NEVER IMPROVE. Hopefully they come out of this situation.

Pathetic service, continuously calling on mention no but no one able to receiving the call. Government employees is total time pass employees. Bsnl should be private hence automatically imporve the service.

The staff is helpful, and the office is conveniently located on the ground floor. For a new SIM, you’ll need to visit the umbrella stand opposite the Titan shop (photo attached). Funny moment: I asked the guy who activated my new connection why he wasn’t using a BSNL SIM, and it turns out he uses Vodafone instead. Wish me luck, guys!

Wifi not working seens morning yesterday morning it's more then 50 hrs your wifi is not working and every month BSNL wifi sufferes with wire cut issue .. to be precise wire get cut once in a month .. very poor . BSNL provided customer care number I mean why call never gets connected is there anyone appointed on that post or it's just BSNL dummy IVR and no response from anyone unable to connect 0 assistance. Sorry to say but your engeneering team is very slow and work as per convinence whom to contact fed up of poor customer service. Request all @BSNL PUNE wifi engineer to get this resolved and work efficiently. I am facing lot of issues towards my work. This is the second day impacting. I am sure bill will be for entire month will you less the bill for 2 days wherin wifi is not working no right. MOREOVER will be posting photos and videos also of wire disconnection how our engineers are working to get clarity to everyone
