Very bad no professionalism at all,2hrs for basic full body check up also they are booking slots then making us sit and telling to wait hopless service wont even step next time. Doctors not on time just making patients wait i dont understand why to book slots if service is not there

well trained stff supportive and friendly, cleanliness and a comfortable environment. i have done blood tests and X-Ray, Ultrasound and Cardiology tests reports are delivered quickly, sometimes on the same day.

I found a Very bad service here, bad management, and bad service. They waste our time, and are so unprofessional. After doing tests done, they don't even send the reports, we called and asked them to send the reports online. Even after calling, they didn't send all the reports. So unprofessional, never recommend to anyone.

Managing things worst...time waste..we need to spend half the day fr basic tests...competetors like vijaya..medplus..tenet.. are fast and complete time manaegable...need to improve...people wrking hard ther..but no proper guidance for them....even equipments are old...especially audiometry...machine..not wrking properly...people running here and ther and few celebrities go ther..they rely n them....

Doesn't even deserve half of the star of the reception and Waiting area, unprofessional behaviour by entire staff, it's looking like you have come for a kitty party, especially all the female staff enjoying like they are on a picnic and not on job, speaking so loud that the patient will never recover. Never ever expected a diagnostic centre to look like this. Staff discussing salaries, singing songs, eating at reception, the list goes on. I think the management is also not interested to rectify this issue as I saw similar reviews.
