Fast of all nobody is answering the call for an appointment if at all anyone answers the call they say that it is not possible today The doctor is not there like this silly reasons

We are waiting more than2:30 hour They'd give any proper answer.

Very shocked to know that a doctor whom I looked upon since my young days is totally gone outdated in his field. Maybe I might sound harsh but I would say he is just fit to fill his conductor bag with cash from poor people who consider him like a demigod doctor while he is fully exploitative and focused only in filling his bag for the day. Very poor appointment system. No token or anything. This is an ORTHO clinic and it’s totally unfair to make a patient wait for 2-3 hours. To add fuel to the flame this doctor misdiagnosed for my mom and ask her do walking and weight reduction Later he said it’s a neurological problem. And asked us check neurologist after milking cash or so called fee for 6-8 months We consulted a neurologist and everything was fine while the pain above the knee has gone severe stage for my mom. At last we tried to do cross consultation from Dr.PRAKASH AYYADURAI at RELA, upon which we knew my mom has ACL tear and needs a surgery All these months Dr.Ashokan was wrongly diagnosing my mom and asked her do excessive walking while she had a ACL TEAR A newly graduated sports Physio will itself find that it’s the issue. If he is unaware of the updated issues he can refer to other doctors in and around so they can treat the patients well, rather making a patient wait 3 hours in pain and suffering just to get random pain killers and opposite diagonosis I really can’t imagine the pain my mom would’ve undergone all these 8 months while I was abroad believing Dr.Asokan was a great doctor

The wait time was excessive, and the staff seemed disorganized. When the doctor finally saw me, they seemed rushed and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or answer my questions thoroughly. The diagnosis and treatment plan lacked clarity, leaving me feeling uncertain and unheard. Additionally, the bedside manner was lacking empathy and warmth, making me feel like just another patient rather than an individual receiving care. Overall, I was expecting a higher level of care and compassion from [Ashokan Doctor ]. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would caution others to explore alternative options.

Poor. Should not give any stars. Better avoid going there.
