Dr. Nivedita is an expert physiotherapist with deep knowledge of her craft and someone who takes an holistic attitude to caregiving. She literally saved my career in IT industry by treating my repeated stress injury (RSI) due to heavy computer work. I had developed intense pain, tingling and numbness in my forearm and fingers, was unable to do any computer work and was staring at an early end to my 5 year old career in IT industry. Over a period if one year, I visited many doctors and physios, but none of them could root cause the issue beyond the generic diagnosis of “it’s carpal tunnel syndrome”, take pain killers or go for surgery, but there is no guarantee that it would work. This is when I happen to come across Dr. Nivedita’s clinic. Nivedita took her time in going through my one year struggle with this problem, and was able to connect the symptoms to something which no other physician or physio has done. She came to the correct conclusion that although I was having pain in the fingers and forearm, the root cause lies somewhere in my neck. Due to the way sit and work on computer, the nerves are getting pinched when they come out of the neck area which causes pain in the fingers where the nerve ending are located (the medical term is thorasic outlet syndrome, TOS). I underwent treatment at her clinic for a period of three months and was finally “cured” of my RSI. Nivedita took personal interest in my problem and taught me all the intricacies of ergonomics, body posture, correct way of stretching and reducing overall stress to lead a RSI free life. Due to overuse of computers, many of us has to deal with RSI at some point in our computer career. And I would strongly recommend Dr. Nivedita’s clinic for this. Her hands has magic!

I initially visited Nivedita's clinic in 2020 for my lower back lumbar compression issue, this was after visiting multiple ortho physicians. One of them recommended a physio and after multiple searches for a good physio therapist I zeroed down on Nivedita. Nivedita has a very holistic way of treatment. She is extremely Knowledgeable in her field, very friendly, kind and a humble soul. Not just Physio but also exercises, lifestyle and overall therapy as such. Slowly but surely after a few sessions with Nivedita and performing the exercises recommended by her, I had a complete recovery. Be it anyone in my family or any other shoulder or SI joint issue that I faced later, I have completely trusted Nivedita's way of treatment. Amazing Physiotherapist! Nivedita is very well versed in her subject and is unparalled in her service! The facilities at the clinic is very hygenic and systematic. It is in the main road and is well equiped with state of art facility!
