I arrived Aditya child care clinic Rt nagar at 5:00 PM for my toddler’s scheduled consultation but was told to wait in the parking area until 5:30, and then waited until 6:30 because the doctor was reportedly in a conference. Although we booked an appointment online, patients were being seen on a first-come, first-serve basis and my booking wasn’t honored. As parents, we rearrange personal and work commitments to bring our child for care; this level of delay was unacceptable. At the end, the receptionist was rude and asked me to register only after the long wait. Overall this was a waste of time and a very disappointing experience.Doctors must train these receptionists and how to manage the appointments rather giving worst experience.. Highly disappointed..Never visit it again

Although the doctor is good, the clinic lacks a proper system for meeting him. The current first-come, first-served method causes a lot of confusion, as people who arrive late rush to enter their names in the register. This leads to unnecessary arguments and long waiting times. It becomes especially difficult when we come with a sick child and still have to wait for hours despite arriving early. A more organized appointment would be very helpful

From the day my son born and almost from last 5yrs we are taking treatment from the same doctor whenever he fall sick. He is a best doctor and good person and very humble with patients and take complete care of the kid until they recover

I was disappointed with my recent consultation. The doctor did not listen to all my concerns and asked me to return after two days once the fever reduces. If I have to come again for basic queries, I don’t understand the purpose of charging ₹400 for this visit. A consultation should allow the patient to explain all symptoms and get clarity in one go, especially when we are paying the full fee. I hope the clinic improves its approach and gives patients the time and attention they deserve.
