I have Good experience at extent , staff is really good and caring for pasent. just one thing sbi gi is not accepted for cash less facility at extent rest of all is really good. Thanks to dr. Anjan kumar Das for his wonderful treatment to my father. RMO and nurse and attended behave is really too good they treated pasent just not like a pasent, like a family member. Again thankss too dr. Anjan Kumar Das for his wonderful treatment and guidance.

I had a fantastic experience at EXTENT nursing home From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I was particularly impressed by the clear and patient communication from Doctor, who took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan thoroughly, making me feel informed and at ease. The nurses and support staff were also outstanding, providing compassionate care and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calming and efficient. The entire process, from admission to discharge, was exceptionally smooth and well-organized, with minimal waiting times. I felt well cared for by a highly professional and dedicated team at every level. I would highly recommend EXTENT nursing home to anyone in need of excellent medical care".

My 9 yr old daughter got a cut in her chin on last 26th November and was attended by Dr Dipak Karmakar and other staff members of Extent Nursing Home. She was attended with utmost care . Her wound was deep and had to be stitched. Dr Karmakar and other staff members handled all her tantrums very gently and finally her wound got stitched. The entire process was almost painless. Today her stitches were removed by Dr Karmakar. I humbly thank Dr Dipak Karmakar and all the staff members of this nursing home. I am very much satisfied with their service.

My experience with Extent has been truly excellent. For a small-town hospital, they deliver care and hospitality far beyond expectations. Though the facility is modest and tucked away in a corner, the quality of service ensures you never return home disappointed. I have taken my father there twice during emergencies, and each time the support was remarkable. The paramedic who arrived with the ambulance took complete charge from assisting at my home to settling my father into a hospital bed at a difficult hour of the night. His calmness and compassion meant a lot to us. The RMO and nursing staff were equally courteous, attentive, and humble. Their behaviour deserves special appreciation. The administrative staff were polite and supportive as well. Given that they operate with a limited team, I understand that handling both inpatient and outpatient paperwork especially mediclaim processes can be challenging when key staff members are unavailable. This is simply the nature of the work, and I do not hold it against them. Overall, I am deeply grateful for the care my father and I received. I truly wish Extent continued growth and success. Their dedication, sincerity, and service mindset deserve recognition.
