I admitted my mom to the hospital in a serious condition around midnight due to a kidney infection. The doctors responded immediately, quickly identified the issue, and started the right treatment. Thanks to their timely care, she is doing much better now. The hospitality was excellent, and the entire staff was very friendly and supportive throughout. Truly grateful for their service and care during such a critical time.

We had a treatment in PRIDE MULTISPECIALIST HOSPITAL the service was hygiene and all are good Mr.Agilan insurance manager helped us a lot from beginning to end highly recommend thank you to the management

Treatment was good doctors were great they treat completely and then they send home but money they get is much much for all sectors of people to pay even for very big operation also there is no concession if we give money then only they touch patients for treatment there is no canteen facility for attenders to have tea coffee lunch and no parking facility for getting this much fees and they have all medical facilities they should have canteen and parking if patient is admitted for one week attenders get most disturbed due to no food facility canteen they have bit they don't have any thing in it thanks to doctors and cleaning staffs only

Treatment was extremely good. Doctors and faculties are kind enough to explain everything in a polite way. Thanks to Pride hospital for having Saved my father's life.

Nursing staff are pathetic. I admitted my father last night at 10 pm Approx in their deluxe room for which they are charging Rs 5000/= + Gst but it was like a public toilet all dirty & toilet was dirty & after I complained and requested their ward boy then only after my multiple requests it was cleaned. No toiletries were there in the washroom not even handwash was not there . Then why they are charging so much . Secondly the room was full of thousands of mosquitoes and which were bitting me and my father (patient) like anything for good night mosquitoes replenent I had to requests the ward nurses and ward boys atleast 10 times . And they provided me good night after 2 hours . Thirdly no water was provided for drinking not even to the patient I had to go down and buy . 4th thing Night medicine which my father takes all medicines the night nurse handed to me and said give to the patient but it is their duty to give to the patient . 5th thing today morning the nurse on duty came and forcefully trying to get the hospital papers signed by my father even after I told her that my father can not sign and I said 3 to 4 times politely but she just kept on arguing that it is compulsory to get the papers signed by the patient but then also I said and requested the lady nurse that his condition is not stable plus he is patient with Parkinson - PSP type disease and on top of this last night he had a fall and got stitches on his head in this hospital only and also his right hand fingers don't fold so he can't hold the pen but that lady wanted my father to sign the papers and told me that it is compulsory and mandatory so later on I was forced to shout at her then she took some back step . I really want to tell everyone don't ever bring your Near and dear ones to this hospital ever in lifetime rather take the patient on any Govt hospital it would be a wise decision.
