Poor front desk, no proper response. Need to know from where the visitors are and then had to request them to leave. Not all has house at next door step.. Learn to handle visitors with smile and be responsive. Report was told will be ready in 45 mins but took more than an hour

Took blood test for malaria... But gave wrong report saying (postive for MP) I started medications trusting the centres. To confirm this took test in 2 more centres.. report said negative..took on the same day itself... Had to stop medications forcefully after taking 2 days for malaria. Don't be lethargic Check twice or thrice before you give the report to the patient.. Because of which ch it will affect the patient healt.

Very polite staffs and overall very good experience. I visited this place two years back and their service & courtesy has stayed the same. They work on a Sunday, which is again awesome.

Requested home visit for blood test through insurance company. Technician came on time. He was very polite and done his job correctly. Thanks for the service provided.

Your staff was to come today for medical test and appointment was scheduled by icici today mornong 8 am. The person called for the location going near to the land mark which wasgiven behind.when a address is given with land mark i don't know why you staff can't come to the location. On exchange of words iverphone the staff told come to the center to get the testing done which i refused. After 10 mins the same staff called me with a call recorder and says i was rude over tbe conversion and no one will come for the medical test to my home. I told him i am not going to come to y your center neither you come home for testing. Such approach i felt is not in good taste handling customers.
