Unorganized way of dealing with patient , no proper information at front desk 2 times I came across once after coming from far distance they said Doctor left. Second time when i visited no order at the door of doctor, they made us stand for long. After asking the man at door he doesn't reply and went off inside. So ignore arogant behaviour not answering properly to elder man. sending people not in order. Lack of empathy sir we are patient . Atleast give us correct information consultation timings .If Doctor is good also how we can reach if your staff is not making easy way to reach. Doctor khizer hope you look after this matter Md omer.
Worst service by few care takers includes trained and experienced nurses very careless and not good treatment at all with attenders. Pathetic services for patients. And ayas behaviour are extremely rude towards patients hygiene. By just few undisciplined staff hospital reputation will be at stake. Please look into it before too late my humble request.
Caspian Health Care and Pharmacy provides excellent service. Dr. Khizer sir is very caring and attentive towards patients, always ensuring they receive the best treatment and guidance. The pharmacy staff, especially Arif, shows very good behavior and is always polite and helpful. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to patient care. Highly recommended...
We admitted our mother to Casper Hospital when her blood sugar levels were extremely high. It was an emergency situation, and based on someone’s suggestion, we rushed her there without delay. At the time of admission, the hospital immediately asked for a ₹20,000 deposit, which we paid without hesitation because our only concern was my mother’s health. However, after almost 30 minutes of admission, we were shocked to find out that there were no doctors available in the hospital. In an emergency case like high blood sugar, every minute matters. If there were no doctors present, why admit the patient? Why take the deposit? Why waste precious time during a medical emergency? This was extremely stressful and irresponsible. Hospitals should not play with people’s lives. I am writing this review so that others facing emergencies can think twice and confirm doctor availability before admission. Please ensure there are qualified doctors present before admitting patients, especially in emergency situations. Very disappointing experience.
I visited the clinic after seeing Dr. Amreen on Instagram, as I expected a thorough check-up for my daughter. The doctor is good, but she could be a little more attentive. Unfortunately, the environment made it difficult for her to focus—there were many patients standing outside her room, and the constant rush seemed distracting. The clinic space is quite small for the number of doctors operating there (around 5–6), with rooms directly opposite each other. The waiting area is limited and cannot comfortably accommodate so many patients. The doctors’ room doors are often left open, which compromises patient privacy and makes it uncomfortable to share concerns openly. Even with an online slot booking, there can still be a long wait due to the heavy crowd. The fee is nominal, which is appreciated, and the clinic is clearly very busy—but certain improvements would make the experience much better. Closing consultation room doors and managing the flow of patients more efficiently would help maintain privacy and allow the doctors to give more focused attention during each visit. Overall, the doctor is capable, but the clinic setup needs better privacy and patient-management arrangements.
