Used Dr Lal Path Labs service 3 times earlier, and it was good experience. But this time it was bad, they first took booking for blood sample collection, then called saying no person is available for sample collection, and they will collect sample on Next day which is highly unprofessional. Coz of this I have to find new lab for blood testing at last moment as it was urgent.
Took to much time for report, incomplete test done so the report was incomplete . I had to make the rest again. Waste of my time . Had to go to dr twice to show the report due to lab mistake. Plzz take care next time
