If there is an option to give less than 1 star or 0 star, I would have done that! This is about the store in Pudupakkam opposite to Provident Cosmo City. The lady who owns the shop was disappointed when we were buying one out of 5 medicines in the prescription. My dad, who’s over 7” years of age had to buy this medicine as he had undergone knee replacement surgery recently. The lady’s attitude was so bad and she seemed and sounded annoyed for no reason. When we entered the shop, we were the only costumers. Then, another lady empty the shop and the shop lady started attending to her. My dad, politely said to her to complete our purchase and then attend to the customer. He also explained why(as he can’t stand for a long time). The shop lady to this commented that my dad shouldn’t have to the shop and should’ve stayed home if this was an inconvenience. She did not sound polite at all and raised her voice. She literally shouted. When I told her that she was rude, she said that she had all the rights to be rude to any customer. She was very disrespectful and shouted. When I said that their device was poor, she says it’s not for me to talk about service. I told her that as a customer, it is I who can comment about service provided. In th end, she literally asked us to leave. Very rude and arrogant !
