Very bad experience. The staff on reception is very rude. Waiting period for reports was more than half an hour. Then also the complete report with Radiologist report was not given called again to collect the report. Only harrassment experienced by senior citizen .

Called them at 10am to say it's an emergency ECG required at home. They sent the technical person at 2pm. The technicians sent were the staff at the counter who collect payments. Instead of informing us immediately or even within 30 mins these people gave me the report at 7pm mentioning it's a heart attack and requires immediate hospitalization. We admitted her immediately but within 24 hrs she was gone, thanks to the delay from them these people at all times. Please do not trust them with any tests. They are more interested in chatting on the phone than doing their job properly Will approach media also with this.

Money making onky. I like to give zero star. I visited for sonography. doctor was not there but the receptionist kept taking multiple patient s made told them doctor is there, made them pay drink water then receptionist said doctor is not come yet. i also explicitly asked her i will come only if email reports is available she said yes come. later she refused to email reports

It was the worst experience for my wife. I would not suggest anyone to go there. There are very irresponsible staff.please don't go there for anyone to any blood test and any sonography.

They say something while you go for any type of report but after the test is done they do not give you the report on time they will tell you our lab is open till evening 9pm but when you go to take the report at 7.30pm they close the lab and patient go empty hand they do not think that patient has to show the report to the doctor bit instead they will argue with you this is their policy and treatment.
