Accuprobe diagnostics have very bad customer support and their partner labs are never on time for report. Customer support never listens for any problem and they will cut the call without listening to you. Unprofessional and very rude.

Good service and price accuracy in reports

I got my blood test done through Accuprobe Diagnostics at the Nirankari Blood Test Camp, which was at discounted price. However, it’s been over 7 days, and I still haven’t received my report. Even though it was discounted, the delay makes it feel like a scam to me. Now, even if they provide the report, I wouldn’t trust its accuracy. Really disappointed with the service and lack of reliability.

Worst worst worst lab ever..nd worstest customer care executive..totally fraud lab..guys don’t go..they will not release your reports after so much days..nd u need my amount refund for that. O literally called at least 10 times for my reports nd I have paid for the same not got for free nd their cce HIMANSHU put the call hold for 10 min nd then disconnect it. Guys don’t waste your money..go for another lab.

Very good experience. Hyginic environment. The staff attendent Babita Ji was extremely nice. All the reports will be sent to you the same day on your WhatsApp or your email.
