I am typing this review after a month of my tympanoplasty surgery done by Dr. Lakshmy R Kurup and Dr. Sanjay Kumar. I am really confused about what is happening and how to take the next step. Dr Lakshmy mam clearly guided me in my confused phase. And now I'm happily typing my review. Not only are doctors friendly but also the sister and receptionist. Throughout the process, they demonstrated outstanding professionalism and clear communication. I felt fully informed and confident in their skilled hands. My sincere gratitude to the entire ENT team for their excellent and successful treatment.

Feeling grateful for the wonderful ENT specialist we found in Chennai (Pallavaram)…Dr. Lakshmi who quickly and accurately figured out what was causing trouble for my 14 year old son….which was such a relief for us during our stay in a new city during our road trip…She has the warmest personality, made sure we felt safe and understood, and didn’t rush through our appointment at all. Her kindness and attention really made a difference. I am writing this review after three months just to ensure whether the treatment is fine or not. My wife has to undergo Mastoidectomy (Ear drum) surgery. Dr. Sanjay was well experienced and did the surgery properly and it's completely healed now. The surgery was done in a way as promised and there were no visible marks. I am completely satisfied with this treatment. They have proper Lab, Bed and OT facilities.
