I had an unpleasant experience regarding the test charges. When I inquired over the phone, I was told a 400rs cost for the test. However, when I visited in person, I was informed of a 600 rs amount. The reception staff seemed unsure about the actual pricing, which caused confusion. A similar issue happened with my wife. Within just 5 minutes, the quoted price changed. Initially, the receptionist told her the test would cost ₹1000, but when she went for the test after chatting with me, another staff member told her it was ₹1180. Surprisingly, the receptionist who had earlier quoted ₹1000 remained silent and did not acknowledge her previous statement. It would be much more professional and transparent if all test costs were clearly displayed at the reception or readily available for both the reception staff and customers, to avoid such confusion in the future.
