Excellent experience with Lab at Home – truly lives up to its name! I have been using services from Lab at Home for a while now, and overall, it’s been a very satisfying experience. Whether it’s regular blood or urine tests, or even ECG, the process is always smooth and well-managed. What’s especially helpful is their home collection service, which they provide without any extra charges. They have facility for X-Ray and Sonography too The technicians are punctual and professional, and maintain hygiene while collecting samples at home. I have never had to follow up or chase them for anything things just move on time. The staff is quite cooperative, and I would like to specifically mention Mr. Varma, who has always been polite, helpful, and professional in his approach. One thing I appreciate is that reports are usually shared digitally very useful when consulting doctors online. And if I need a hard copy, I can just collect it from whichever center is convenient. Once, I needed an urgent report, and they managed to send it within 45 minutes, which was a big help. I have visited their Tridev center near Vardhaman Nagar and other centers too, Tridev location is easy to find, parking is manageable, and the area also has clinics of multiple doctors including Dr. Yogesh Shah, which makes coordination very easy when you are dealing with time-sensitive situations. In short, if you want a lab that provides accurate results, fast reporting, and free home sample collection, this is a Best option. It’s not just convenient, but the people behind the service genuinely try to make things easier for patients.

Due to time constraints at the lab, instead of sending a trained phlebotomist, a receptionist was sent to collect a blood sample for my 85-year-old grandmother. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the risks involved in handling elderly patients.

I had booked a blood and urine test post my accident. The service was prompt and timely. The person from the lab was able explain and take the samples without any hassle. Recommend Lab At Home definitely.

There is absolutely no coordination among the receptionists. They wasted an entire week of my time. Every two days, they changed their statements and kept giving false information. If they are unsure about something, they should confirm it first instead of wasting a patient's valuable time. They probably don't realize that even a one-week delay can be very important for a patient. No one is getting treatment here for free—we pay every charge they ask for. The least they can do is provide accurate information and professional service. The service is extremely disappointing, and the doctor also doesn't answer patients' questions properly or provide satisfactory explanations.

The female staff was incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming. The way she guided me through everything was thoughtful and genuinely adorable. I had a wonderful experience here the entire process was explained so calmly, patiently, and clearly, making everything feel effortless and comfortable. Truly appreciated the care and professionalism.
