Very Poor and unprofessional Service. Sample collected at 11AM for CBC test. Lab promised that reports will be delivered by 5PM. After one reminder, at 5.45 PM they informed that clots developed in the sample collected and report cannot be delivered. They didn't even bother to inform us in advance.
