Usg dept is the worst. they never give reports on time.if you tell them about your urgency they behave so rudely that as if they are doing some favour.staff behaviour is very rude and they just show their arrogance..never gonna recommend for their usg dept

Very much unprofessional behaviour of the male staff who picks up the call. SEEMS THAT THEY HAVE MADE SO MUCH MONEY AND NOW THEY DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS. If this unprofessional behaviour continues I fear this diagnostic centre will have shut down their shutters FOREVER!!

Yesterday on 23.08.2023 we have visted for USG test due to kidney issue of my patient. It was very unprofessional and ill mannered behaviour of the staff who keep waiting for an undefinite time until the waiting area get full. They don't bother even if the patient keep waiting from 7am in the clinic and stopped uniral since 6am till 11am. They even don't tell you how long it will take to get your turn. Is this the way any diagonastic clinic should treat their patient? I will never recommend anyone to go to this disgusting and unprofessional place.

why you appointed the receptionist? I called to the given number for a information, he/she just cut my call after ringing, I called on 8th September.

Very unprofessional. They do not even have power backup facility. In case of load shedding all their machines shuts down and you have to wait forever until power comes back. They have so much money but have no basic management, not even a basic generator for diagnostic machines. The usg department is the slowest. This place do not understand that patients visit this place due to health issues and making them wait in hot humid weather without power backup can harm the patient more. This place should be declared unfit for medical procedures. The staff here are not very polite. They do not value patient's time or have any concept of value of time in the first place.
