More focus on making money from patients.

My experience at this clinic was quite disappointing. I visited the clinic because I had persistent irritation, pain, and blurred vision in my left eye. During my first visit, I paid ₹600 for the consultation. After the examination, I was told that I had an eye infection and was prescribed medicines. I specifically mentioned that I was experiencing pain and blurred vision, and requested a thorough examination. However, I was told to come again on another day as there was not enough time to check for any internal eye issues. I visited again after two days and paid an additional ₹200. This time, I was informed that there was no problem in my eye. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was still experiencing pain and blurred vision, I was asked to come again in the morning for a retina examination, for which I would need to pay an extra ₹300. What I found frustrating was that every aspect of the examination seemed to require a separate visit and additional charges. As a patient, I expected a complete evaluation of my symptoms, especially when I clearly mentioned pain and blurred vision from the beginning. Unfortunately, my condition did not improve, but I ended up spending ₹800 without receiving a clear diagnosis or resolution. I hope the clinic improves its patient care and communication so that others do not have a similar experience.
