We had a wonderful experience at the swanand pathology lab today. The entire team was extremely cooperative, patient, and polite—especially with my 4-year-old child, who was quite anxious. A special mention to the phlebotomy staff Ms Juhi for her gentle and reassuring approach. They handled the sample collection so smoothly that it really put both the child and us at ease.
