My experience with Titan Eye is amazing . Staff is very expert and polite and punctual, soft and professional. Why I had not experienced it before. Now I will be the life member for Titan Eye Undri. Keep it up doing such a excellent job. The feeting and comfort of frame and glasses is fabulous, excellent. 👍

No verity of frames and staff is uncooperative.poor language. First they force fully give insurance for specs and then at the time of clame there tone will be changes they will denied and say to visit other store

This particular store has gone down in terms of customer service and priority. 1. We placed orders for our glasses on the 10th of December and were told they should be here within a week. Which till today 25th of December is not it. 2. I kept enquiring and the reason cited was some payment issues. This seems an issue between the business and Titan. We as customers pay in advance and expect prompt service. However, this is not acceptable that we suffer due to internal issues 3. There are no technicians in this location and this means your fitting, and repairs cannot be done here. They are sent to someplace on the other side of the city and this will be 2-3 days more. 4. If you visit this place, they have empty shelves which shows that you will have less or no options to choose any frames. The 2 stars are for the people who work there. I must appreciate the way Sandesh manages all the customer complaints. These are concerns and I will think twice before the next time I recommend or go here. This was never like this a year or so back. They had all the staff and people who got this done.

I went there to replace my spectacles nose grip. The shop staff politly asked the technician to replace both the grip. I asked for the cost, he politely said for this they won't charge anything. I was surprised, at the same time i was very happy with their service and behaviour. Hence i am giving 5 star rating for that. Thank you.
