Dear all, On behalf of lab i would request all to kindly understand the current covid situation we all are facing. All healthcare workers are burdened with heavy workload still working hard to serve as much as they can. Kindly visit lab for rt pcr tests as all home visits are not possible. Kindly fill the forms correctly and with good handwriting so that when entry is done correct details are entered. There was time when reports were done in 4-5 hrs but currently it's not possible. Everyone is VIP for us and we don't do discrimination as reports will be done on first come first serve basis. Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding.

Worst service. I gave sample in South Bopal branch for RTPCR test and I got text msg about my covid report proceed but when I contacted them for my report they said that contact Paldi branch for report. And by contacting Paldi branch they replied that they mailed my report on my mail id. But when I asked on which email they didn't have answered because southbopal branch didn't asked me my mail id at the time of form filled up. Then I shared my mail id to share me my covid report but continues following for three hours for mail, they just replied that report will get within 5 minutes on your mail. Even they have bad behaved with me on telephone as dadagiri. And southbopal branch said they can't do anything on that. They are responsible to provide good service but they refused. so prefer any other lab for testing.

We availed the services of Gujarat Pathology Laboratory - 3 to 4 times in past 3 months. Each time, Som Yadav gave us excellent services. He is very sincere and polite. He takes samples with the least trouble to the patient. The reports is the laboratory are authentic and are delivered promptly.

Good and prompt service. Collecting blood samples from home and getting the report texted on the phone is straight forward, and at a reasonable price too. We've used them many times, every time the sample is taken in the morning around 10 and the reports are ready by 12. Had to follow up a couple of times for the email though. Hard copies to be collected from the branch ofcourse.

Your personal gave me wrong information doesn't took afternoon samples after calling again and again ..sales person gave me package when I asked about hba1c report he asked me to give more money..anyhow I don't know who gives the package without hba1c for diabetic person I don't understand..Now way they responded was very bad...I aspect some responsible person will call me after seeing this
