I visited the diagnostic center for a USG and had a smooth experience. Priyanka at the reception counter was polite, helpful, and very professional. She guided me clearly through the process and made everything easy. Overall, a well-managed center with courteous staff.

I would like to give a negative rating to this diagnostic center. The receptionist is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. She has a very rude and egoistic attitude. She did not allow my 2-year-old baby to go for the scan, even though my child was admitted, very weak, and unable to eat or drink anything. It was an emergency case, yet she made us wait for almost 1.5 hours. Her only justification was that she would allow patients strictly one by one as per the appointment schedule. Later, the doctor told me that I should not have waited for so long and even informed the staff that admitted patients must be given priority. Despite this, the receptionist was reluctant to follow the doctor’s instructions and stuck rigidly to her own rules. I strongly feel that even if a patient has a serious condition, such as heart issues, she would still refuse priority care in the name of rules. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a medical emergency situation.

I had a very good experience with Glo Vision Diagnostic Centre. I visited for my 5th and 7th month sonography, and the report quality was absolutely excellent—clear, detailed, and reliable. The staff is very polite, supportive, and well-coordinated, which made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Overall, I am highly satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend this diagnostic centre.

Worst USG center ever. They do not have any technical expertise. It's like a layman is sitted to do the USG. If you are expecting a accurate report then this center is not for you. If you are expecting an accurate diagnostic then this center is not for you. We(My wife) have done all the USG (Month 1,3,5,7) in this center. The anomaly which MUST be detected and communicated by 5th Month was not at all conveyed by them. After the birth of baby we have shown them the baby photos to which they responded in very insensitive way. This is not a GloVision, it's a 'NOVision' Diagnostic

Some medical procedures require patients to follow specific instructions before the scan. It would be helpful if patient comfort and urgency were given more consideration during scheduling and queue management. Waiting for an extended period while already in discomfort can make the experience unnecessarily stressful. I hope the center focuses not only on diagnostics but also on improving the overall patient experience and communication.
