Pathetic service.... it's was not responding when your report is done...no any confirmation to recieve your report

From the friendly, professional staff to the skilled technicians, every aspect of my visit was handled with care and efficiency. The facility is modern, clean, and well-organized, ensuring quick and accurate results. The customer service is outstanding, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Swasthyam Laboratory for their reliable, efficient, and compassionate diagnose and care.

My mother (Patient Name: Alkaben) had a biopsy sample taken on 25th August 2025 at this lab. At the time, the pathologist told us to pay ₹1500 for the biopsy report and informed that it would take at least 3–4 days for investigation and results. However, when I followed up today by calling the lab, they asked me to send the endoscopy report first before they could share the biopsy report. They also said the report would only be available after 2 PM. I feel this process is very unprofessional. The staff and doctors here did not handle the case properly, communication was poor, and the overall service was unsatisfactory. A patient’s family should not have to keep chasing for reports after paying fees and waiting for the promised timeline. This delay and lack of professionalism have caused unnecessary stress to us. I am not satisfied at all with this service, and I hope the lab improves their professionalism, communication, and commitment to patients in the future.
