Dr Neelen is a knowledgeable and experienced dentist. Not only did he do a great job but is extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

Traumatic and Unprofessional Experience I had a very disturbing wisdom tooth extraction at this Total Dental Care Dr. Priyanka Shah told me she would be doing my surgery but handed me over to another dentist, Dr. Abdul Qadir Sayed. Despite continuous bleeding, crying, shivering, and repeatedly asking them to stop, the tooth was pulled with extreme force. When I was crying, he said, “Imagine you’re treating a crying patient at your clinic," instead of stopping. The tooth was broken into pieces, no stitches were done, and a piece was left behind. I was charged surgical fees despite no proper surgery being done and no surgeon present. As visible in the attached photo, my lip appears torn/bruised, likely due to the excessive force used during the procedure. Dr. Priyanka Shah told me I have a bone fracture and made a remark that since I am a physiotherapist, I should know how long bones take to heal — which felt dismissive given my condition at that moment when I was shivering. This experience lacked empathy, consent, and basic professionalism. I strongly advise patients to be extremely cautious and ensure a qualified oral surgeon is present before proceeding.
