PLEASE AVOID OR BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOREVER!! We discovered Medtakes Pharmacy through Google reviews and we have ordered from them four times in past few days. Out of these four orders, only one was delivered in time. For the other three, two we were forced to cancel after waiting for more than FOUR HOURS and having received no update from them. The other order we received was also delayed by hours but we had to call them repeatedly to get the items. They are providing a medical service. There can be emergencies. We can understand if they are unable to deliver in time or even not able to deliver at all but there should be a basic professional courtesy to inform the customer. I'm attaching screenshots of the messages exchanged with them as proof. They ask you to message if you call them for order, hence the texts. They reassured us last time that they will deliver in 45 minutes going forward, but I'm writing this review now after waiting for more than four hours for our order.

Very good Pharma staff is Coperative

I live in Vadodara and had to send medicines to someone in Delhi. So placed ordered from them - trust me, my experience was sooo smooth and fast!! Honestly, don't just go by my words.. try it yourst, you won't be disappointed that's for sure.

In night 12 pm service are there sometimes open till 1 am

I heard that doctors and pharmacists are God's send, got to see it tonight. Due to project work, me and my colleague were staying in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. Around midnight, my colleague developed severe menstrual cramps and we had nowhere to go. I found the number of Prashant through Google and called. He listened and he delivered the emergency medicine at my door step by 30mins whereas it was past the shop closing time. God's sent. Thank you so much. It's hard to find kindness and willingness to help in today's world, but Prashant showed the true meaning of both. Keep up the good work.
