Honest and sincere optometrist.
One of the worst opticians there is. First they try to sell under quality frames by saying that they are perfect in spite of boldly visible physical defects. And then they point blank refuse to give a bill for an amount of 550 rupees....if they were confident of their quality and legality then they would not have to stoop to this level. Thank Bhagavan that I did not complete the above transaction with them. Don't choose them...they would cheat you to your face with a straight face and a smile.
