On 2nd floor so for paitent it is not good

If you close your Lab by 8pm. Why I was informed to wait till 08:30 for reports. I am calling your Helpline no and my calls and msgs are being Ignored. Very rude very very 3rd class service in covide test result is not proper, Not proper reporting, very bad service ,reporting time very bad

Services and staff is good. You will get report on time but they charge home visit charges of Rs 200 which is way high as compare to other diagnostic. We did basic diabitic profile and paid extra for fasting and pp sugar test which is not good. If some one is taking package then home visit, pp fasting test could be discounted. During pp sugar test by mistake personnel used thick needle instead of thin one that also caused pain.

I called them around 3pm and the receptionist was super responsive and they sent the guy to collect samples immediately. I have received the reports in less than 24 hours and they have given me exact time for the report. Great service.
