Good collection and service is very good
Really I had a great experience with owner by attending the customer
I had a very disappointing experience with this optical shop. I purchased glasses from here and paid an advance amount at the time of order. The owner informed me that the remaining balance amount would be returned to me at the time of handover of the glasses. However, when I collected the glasses, the balance amount was not refunded as promised. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, the owner has failed to return the money. I have only received repeated assurances, but no actual refund. This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and misleading. I would advise others to be cautious while dealing with this shop.
