Good service. Staff are very professional. Lab incharge Mr. Kumersan coordinated us throughout the process. Recommend it for all!!

Mr. kumaresan came on time to collect the samples. Minimal calls and professional behaviour. Totally happy with the service.

I wish could give them 0. Highly unprofessional and disappointing service. They take the booking then you wont hear from you, you follow thru call center then they will come take sample and get paid. Afyer that you follow for reports and rwports will not reach you. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT RECOMMENDED MEDALL REALLY BAD SERVICE

Seriously..people don't understand the tests and what is the actual requirement at all. I called the lab 1 day before for 4 tests, gave it in whatsapp, they said total cost is 3250. Came next day to take the tests, they took blood in a vial for 3 tests, then lab tech says 4 th test not included and blood not enough. Now the cost is 4200+. If we need to grow as a state/economy people need to do their jobs effectively. Now I know why AI is being trusted! I will not recommend this Lab for its gross miscomms. Tests were for my kid..so my frustration is there.

We requested for home collection for general blood test. Mr. Kumaresan visited us on time and guided us about the packages available for general test which helped us to decide the best one. Overall it was a good service.
