Today i went for my 2D echo, x ray and ECG was very much satisfied, the staff and the cardiologist Docyor was very cooperative and friendly got my report within half & hr All the best good wishes to Nirman hitech

Veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad experience, they are not professional. The clinic’s service was extremely disappointing, as patients were forced to wait for hours despite having prior appointments, the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, and even simple procedures took an unreasonable amount of time, leaving everyone frustrated and questioning the clinic’s sense of professionalism and respect for people’s time.

Pathetic staff had told me 8500 for scan but when i came it shot to 11500. The lady manager behaves like she is the only one who can do the scan. When i raised this to the doctor he is telling if you want to do you do else you can go. They can do anything to extract money .

I had a really disappointing experience at Nirman Hitech Imaging Centre. The MRI report didn’t clearly reveal the actual concern, even after consulting multiple doctors. Everyone said the report was vague and not helpful for proper diagnosis. I expected much more clarity from a reputed centre like this. Ended up spending more money

I personally visited this centre on 31.10.2025 for my diagnostic test. All staff are cooperative and caring. I like the system at reception centre all staff including Vaishali Sister about informing patients regarding the diagnostic test in detail including what patient should do etc. Then one to one counselling by one old lady nursing staff. She is polite and guided me nicely. I am thankful to Dilfin madam for coordinating my appointment and guiding me from time to time. Gentle Suggestion : PDF copy of Diagnostic Report should be made available on email id and whatsapp number of the patient if possible.
