I would like to share my personal experience with this hospital, and I strongly recommend that patients reconsider visiting this facility based on the following concerns: Despite being hospitalized, doctors did not visit regularly, and most seemed to be working only as consultants. There was a lack of proper patient care and attention, which is extremely disappointing in a healthcare setting. The focus appeared to be more on financial gain rather than providing quality medical treatment and support. This feedback is based on my own experience, and I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this seriously and initiates immediate improvements in patient care, staff attentiveness, and overall medical service quality. Patients deserve better, and I hope my feedback helps bring about a positive change.

Had my baby delivered here recently. Overall, it’s a good hospital with supportive and caring staff who took good care of us throughout the process.

Always have to wait for atleast an hour for doctors. Although, I call them before visiting and still they misguide everytime and keep you waiting for long hours.

I visited Promhex Multispeciality Hospital for my pregnancy care, and I must say it was the best decision. The gynecologist was very experienced, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The nursing staff was also very kind and attentive. I’m truly grateful for their excellent care and support. Highly recommend this hospital to all would-be mothers.

Hello, My daughter 10 years old , she had terrible fever due to typhoid and urinary track infection and treated here in Promhex hospital from last 5 days. She got treatments from Dr. Tariq Khan (Paediatrician) in this Promhex hospital. Now she is well after got best treatment and going to discharge today. Many Thanks to all staffs for their support from admission ti till discharge. My strong recommendation 🥳👏👍
