Extremely poor management and zero respect for patients' time. We booked a fixed appointment but still had to wait for over an hour. When we finally asked for an update, we were told there were still two more patients ahead of us. We had a baby with us who was crying hysterically out of exhaustion and finally fell asleep from crying so much. What is the point of an appointment system if you operate on a first-come, first-served basis? Completely chaotic and unhelpful staff. Avoid this place if you value your time and peace of mind.

Doctors are good but the receptionist is not that much cooperative. After waiting patiently for 1 hour, I asked her how many patients are before me, then she didn't answer. Though, I was the only person at the counter. She didn't even acknowledged whether she heard me or not. So I thought she couldn't hear me, hence I asked the same question again then she answered in very rude tone, "just 1 second". Then again I waited for 15 minutes more and asked the same thing hoping that her "1 second" was over. Again she clearly ignored. People around me also could not understand why she's not answering the simple question. I had some other priority work, so I left from the clinic.

I visited Dr. Aniruddha’s Advance Ortho and Polyclinic after I met with an accident and suffered a fracture in my 5th finger (pinky finger) metacarpal. After checking Google reviews, I decided to consult here. During my first visit, Dr. Aniruddha mentioned that it was a minor issue and surgery was optional, but without surgery, the deformity would remain visibly noticeable. However, I found his tone quite rude during this initial interaction. I chose to ignore it, assuming it might just be a one-off situation. Before the surgery, when I went for a final consultation, his words were along the lines of: “Even injections have risks. I can’t guarantee anything. I will do your surgery, but I will decide how it will be done.” The communication felt dismissive and rude, but I still decided to trust him. On the day of the surgery, I reached the hospital early morning. The doctor arrived around 7:30 AM. I tried speaking to him, but he seemed rushed and didn’t engage. It felt like, since it was a minor surgery (K-wire procedure to align the bone), my case didn’t require his attention or communication. The surgery was completed, and I was asked to visit weekly for dressing and follow-ups for a month. During my first follow-up, I complained about pain. His response was: “Did someone tell you there won’t be pain?” He then changed the dressing in a very rough manner, which was extremely painful. Still, I trusted his expertise. In subsequent visits, the pattern continued. He was always in a rush, dismissive, and impatient. During one visit, when I expressed pain again, he angrily said: “Don’t move. If you move, you are the only one who’s going to regret.” All follow-up visits felt similar—no empathy, no proper communication, and a very rough approach. On the final visit, when the wire was to be removed, I was quite scared. I politely asked if anesthesia could be used to reduce pain. His response was: “Don’t talk to me. It’s not possible. Just sit and don’t distract me.” He then pulled out the wire and also removed dead skin very aggressively. The pain I experienced during this was unbearable—something I have never felt before. After the procedure, an X-ray was done, and I was told everything looked fine. The doctor left immediately, and I was simply told to go home. I followed all the instructions given to me very strictly. At one point, I even asked if everything was healing properly, and the response I got was: “How would I know? It will be seen in the X-ray.” Today, I still feel stiffness in my finger, and I strongly feel something is not right. I have been doing exercises on my own to try and improve it. My overall experience: The doctor comes across as extremely arrogant and dismissive. While the surgery may have been minor, a doctor’s attitude and communication matter a lot in a patient’s journey. A patient pays not just for treatment, but also for care, guidance, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in my experience. I am writing this review late. Initially, I thought “what’s done is done,” but I now feel sharing this might help others. My suggestion to others: Please verify reviews carefully. Speak to local people and get genuine feedback before choosing a doctor. It can make a big difference in your overall experience.

Exceptional experience with Dr. Aniruddha. He is highly observant, listens with patience, and is very accommodating. What truly sets him apart is his integrity - he never tried to influence my decision prematurely and only discussed details once I was clear about proceeding. That level of respect for a patient’s choice is rare. He may come across as reserved to some, but in my experience, it reflects his thoughtful approach - he speaks with purpose after fully understanding the case. Reliable, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. Highly recommended.

A couple of months ago, I visited Dr. Aniruddhs clinic for a shoulder issue. From the first meeting itself, he was highly condescending and rude without any sort of provocation. Now, it is fine for a doctor to be curt and straightforward, as they need to see multitudes of patients every day, but his behavior is some of the worst I have seen from a man of his profession. He talks to you harsher than a doctor who is treating you free of charge in a government hospital when you ask him any questions. And let's just say his fees are not on the economical side. My first meeting concluded with a recommendation for an MRI scan (quite expensive and not covered by most health insurances), which I went and got. A few weeks later, I went back to him with the reports, and this time around my wife accompanied me. We reached the clinic at 6:00 pm, as that's when we were informed by his receptionist he would start seeing patients. He entered the clinic at 6:50 pm, and we were shown in. Instead of showing any semblance of an apology for his late arrival, his first sentence when we greeted him politely despite the lateness was to inquire irritably why we had come three weeks after the last appointment (I was away for work, which he didn't seem to understand because apparently only doctors are getting any work done in this world). Secondly, he studied the MRI and immediately prescribed that a surgery needs to be performed. When my wife, who at this point was already worried, asked further questions, he acted very dismissively towards her and would not give any straight answers. He did not seem to comprehend that a surgery can be a very intimidating prospect and was plain rude when we cross-questioned for any alternative treatments. He finally asked us whether we wanted to get the process done or not. We told him we would get back to him. Subsequently, I have gotten second and third opinions on my shoulder issue. Both of the other doctors have prescribed that while surgery may be required and will be used as a last resort, the injury must first be treated with physiotherapy. I can now confirm that I am doing much better after physio treatments, and Dr. Aniruddh's hastiness to jump to a very expensive surgical intervention was plainly misplaced. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone considering visiting him for medical issues to look elsewhere. While a doctor is a million times more educated on health issues than any common person, that does not entitle them to treat their patients like simpletons or inferior people. Either Dr. Aniruddh has skipped the lessons on bedside manner while getting his fancy diploma or just enjoys being miserable to his patients. A common person generally goes to a doctor in a highly vulnerable state riddled with a health issue, and the least a doctor can be is respectable, especially when they are getting handsomely paid for an appointment that lasts 5-10 minutes. I hope future patients who will go seeking help in his clinic have a better experience than I did. Now I have seen on his clinics' Google reviews that some of the similar one-star rated reviews by aggrieved patients have been dismissed as never having visited him. I can assure you that I have visited the good doctor before he dismisses this review, as he is prone to do during his appointments. Attached below is the banner page of his clinic's file.
