We are extremely thankful to Dr. Roma Bansal and Sister Viji at Navjeevan Hospital for the excellent care during my wife’s delivery. Dr. Bansal is very professional, calm, and experienced, and she made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Sister Viji was incredibly caring and supportive throughout. We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them.

My wife was admitted to the hospital on 13th under Dr. Gaurav Bansal due to complaints of joint pain and fever. During the initial 3–4 days, there was no significant improvement in her condition, and we were considering shifting her to another hospital. However, by the evening of the 4th day, her condition started improving. She has now been discharged today and is feeling much better. I would also like to share a feedback for improvement. During the doctor visits, it would be very helpful if doctors could spend at least 5 minutes speaking with the patient and the attendant, explaining the condition, treatment, and progress. Over the past 6 days, I observed that none of the doctors interacted with us even for a minute or explained the situation, which caused some concern and uncertainty.
