the hospital has all the facilities, great management, and well-trained, caring nurses. They also say the charges are reasonable and the staff is helpful.
What a pathetic place to treat patients! I don't think they are running an ICU. Doctors don't have proper knowledge of the treatment.Nurses are very rude with lack of knowledge and skills. All patients are treated in the ICU even if it is not indicated so that they can charge you plenty. Plz don't take your patients there
Excellent and very cooperative Doctors ,Nurses and rest staff... Doctors Nurses are very Attentive. Neat and clean hospital. Best and excellent experience.
I was admitted to Jeevan Jyot Hospital, Ambernath, for typhoid, and my infection had spread quite a lot in the blood. Thankfully, Dr. Ashish took charge of my treatment, and within just 2 days, my infection levels started coming down. He is one of the most knowledgeable, calm, and friendly doctors I have met. He truly knows how to treat his patients with both expertise and care. The nursing staff here is also excellent very cooperative and attentive. They continuously monitored my BP and oxygen levels and fever they made sure I was comfortable at all times. The "mausi" staff members were also extremely helpful and kind, making the overall hospital experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Ashish is truly one of the best doctors in Ambernath, and Jeevan Jyot Hospital is a place you can trust completely for quality treatment and genuine care. Highly recommended! 💯
I’m deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the carelessness and unprofessionalism we experienced at this *Jeevan Jyot Multispeciality And ICCU Hospital* (Ambernath west Branch). Before Admitting the patient, *Dr. Ashish* gave us a surety , like this case is not new for me i have already experienced about this. A patient from our family tragically passed away due to what we believe was serious negligence. Throughout the treatment, we were repeatedly asked for large amounts of money 10,000 to 20,000 in every hour without clear justification or explanation. The ICU appeared fake or not properly functional, and the staff did not seem to know how to use critical equipment. At night, no professional or qualified doctors were available, which raised serious concerns about the quality of care provided. When we requested the death certificate, the attending doctor *(Dr. Vijay Gupta)* struggled with basic spelling and even asked me if morning 3 is AM or PM. something that left us shocked and further saddened. We believe no one else should have to suffer this kind of experience. I urge the authorities to investigate the facility and ensure proper medical standards are enforced.
