This is an appreciation post for Dr. Damanjeet Kaur. It's been years, she is serving people of Palwal District with all the love and care. Very Humble and solution oriented Doctor. ----- Doctors take utmost care of health and will discuss each and everything you have in mind. Nursing staff is also very cooperative and always eager to extend their services. Also, I would like to raise a concern, Please do not let your emergency doctor and staff sleep at night. Reception Staff was also sleeping on floors few days before when my grandmother was taken to hospital at night. ----- General washrooms are not properly cleaned and was very unhygienic. ---- Hope Management will look into this personally and try to resolve these issues as soon as possible for the betterment of hospital. Staff of this hospital very irresponsible they not provide a simple thing like pillow and there way of taking is very irresponsible but your fee structure is very high class very low class service of staff

Worst experience.. there is no any pre apointments system I call in the morning at approx 9.30 am for an appointment for neurologist Dr. In The morning hospital staff said dr. Will come at 4 pm to 5 pm in evening. Morning staff attended the call Even he didn't note Down the Contact number an appointment Details for the evening.and to inform the attendent .when I call at approx 3.45pm before going From my house Someone pickup the call and she said Dr. Is Not coming..I was suppose to come from Gurgaon Supposed if I would have been came in the hospital..So I totally spoiled my time, money and how much suffer I would had to Do.. While the hospital staff should Had been called to the attendent or to the patient's contact no. Before coming..sir Dr. Is not coming in the evening u may come On FRIDAY but No.. because they are..not worry about the pt. And their families. Irresponsible behaviour and staff..it's like a Negligence of the Duty staff.i request to the management or concern person please accelerate this and teke the right Action about this complaint.

I visited this hospital on 24 February 2026. The billing and OPD staff were unable to process payment through credit card Wi-Fi/tap and only knew how to take payment after entering the PIN. Even after informing them, they were not able to handle the Wi-Fi card payment properly. In Room No. 29 (blood test area), the staff (boys and girls) were using their mobile phones and were more focused on personal conversations. In the area where weight, height, temperature, and ECG are checked, the staff member sitting there on 2 March was playing songs on the computer. Kindly take note of these issues and take suitable action to improve professionalism and patient service.
