I recently underwent gallbladder removal surgery at Sai Multispeciality Hospital, and overall I had a very satisfactory experience. Since this was my first surgery, I was naturally nervous, but the care and support I received made the entire process much easier. Dr. Suresh Naik is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He explained everything to me patiently and made sure all my concerns were addressed clearly. Dr. Neha Naik also followed up throughout the entire procedure and recovery process, constantly reassuring me and making me feel comfortable and cared for. The hospital itself is very clean and hygienic. The staff members are caring, cooperative, and efficient at their jobs. The post-surgery care was excellent and comparable to that of a large hospital. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hospital and the doctors for their professionalism and compassionate care.
