One of the worst management i ever met ,they gave Appointment on dec 3 ,4pm i was waiting for past 2 hours with my mom ,she can't able to walk ,i traveled around 60 km ,to get this appointment, doctor coming and saying new patients go out time over ,i am going out .my question is y they ,giving Appointment and y they rejecting, worst doctor ,and worst management
Receptionist who answer call for appointment is very rude and inhuman . Bad management who doesn't care about customer service. How can you appoint someone who is very rude to customer for customer facing role
They are show casing only words and money minded hospital .5 minutes consultation is cost around 700 Rupees .Stay away from this hospital
The Receptionist lady is very rude and yelling at the patients. She is spoiling the reputation of the much experienced doctor.Dr.Sir, humble request to look into it and change the receptionist lady.
Very worst attitude from the reception even if you call them and try to book the appointment they speek like lord Better try to find a another hospital atleast you should save your BP rise up
