Pathetic ,rude and arrogant staff.They behave as if customers need them .I dont recommend theor service at all.

Extremely poor communications by receptionist SHEETAL rate informed is X & post running Test rate asked is 2X which is completely fraudulent & unacceptable activity. She did say spoke with respected Doc. Kodre & said charges will be double up. Seems to be FRAUD & FAKE service. As cross checked with other hospitals charges are 50% of what these people are charging. Be aware & Alert....!!! @Punekars & especially Hadapsar People don't waste your precious time in waiting for hours & getting this double amount as result.

There is no value of your time here dr is not on time multiple patient are waiting for him and suffering from kidney stone pain or stomach pain. If you wana have your sonography please don't come here and save your time.

Utterly dissatisfied with the service provided at the centre on 2nd March 2026. I went there to conduct an x-ray at 11:30 a.m. ;however no staff at the counter, even the x-ray technician was not available. I was asked to wait for 5 minutes and even waiting for 15 minutes there was no response. Sheer waste of time without any information. I value my time and expect professional transparency regarding delays.

I got my father's abdomen sonography done here. They couldn't detect anything in pancreas but they should have. My advise to anyone looking for abdomen sonography, please go to much better sonography center even if it is far. A correct sonography can help with much faster diagnosis and treatment can be started soon.
