My experience at this hospital left me dissatisfied, particularly with the doctor's response to my wife's health issues. When I asked about the causes and symptoms of her condition, the doctor's answer seemed pointless and lacked depth. From my perspective, it felt like the doctor lacked the skill to properly address our concerns, even though I acknowledge her expertise and knowledge. While I understand that the doctor may be competent in her field, the way she communicated with us was disappointing. I expected more clarity and a comprehensive explanation of my wife's health issues. Instead, the response seemed rushed and lacked the necessary detail to put our minds at ease. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I have decided not to recommend this hospital to others, and I will not be returning for any future medical needs. It is crucial for doctors to take the time to understand their patients' concerns and provide clear explanations about their conditions and treatment options. In my opinion, patients should be given the reasons behind their health issues, as well as guidance on how to prevent similar problems in the future. Additionally, if the condition is minor or normal, there should be transparent discussions about whether medication is necessary or if it can be avoided altogether. To conclude, this review is not intended to spread hate or make negative comments about the hospital or its staff. It is merely a personal account of my experience, highlighting the need for improved communication and patient care.
I didn't like the behavior of doctor and their staff, their only concern was how to earn money from the condition of patience, no clear explanation of anything, nothing Dr even don't want to discuss the relevant point ,I think lack of knowledge was there ,same with the nurses and other staff . The only focous was how to get money our suffering for them is opportunity of earning more and more money I will not recommend Vidhya hospital to anyone
As per my experience, some staff are so good in nature like shobhit bhaiya rizwan bhaiya and 2 female staff also, but some of them is not toi good. if we talk about food, the food which is given to patient is too bad. room, washroom are oky oky.
The issues you raised — overcharging, poor hygiene, inexperienced staff, no privacy, and biomedical waste mismanagement — are very serious. 1. Hospital Management – to give them a chance to respond. 2. Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Gautam Budh Nagar – for government action. 3. Consumer Court / Health Department – if no improvement. 4. Pollution Control Board – specifically for the waste handling issue. ⚠️ Biomedical waste mismanagement (mixing syringes, sets, and general garbage in one dustbin) is a legal violation under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, and hospitals can be heavily fined or even shut down for such negligence.
Pathetic hospital, they overcharged for every thing and they waste your time if you have a small problem they can admit for -1 week without any reason same medicine
