Very bad service & experience Only focus for Money not patients Health and No one should go to these hospitals plz save ur money and health.

This is my personal experience. Instead supporting patients family for correct treatment they just ask them to move to other hospital. When they know person will not survive untill he reaches other hospital. No emergency ambulance support to reach other hospital and we lost. What is the use mentioning ICU emergency if they don't take emergency cases and don't support patients family to get correct first aid treatment.

As my father was treated in this hospital for Silent Heart Attack as my father's monthly checkup. The hospital response was much appreciated. After running the test like ECG it confirmed my father had a minor heart attack and was treated. The doctor also recommended angiography at another hospital as those services were not available. The total amount of my stay for 6 nights and five days plus doctor fees, nurse, bed, and AC accommodation was Rs 36700.

I was admitted to this hospital for dengue treatment, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I visited their OPD on 08/08/25, where the doctor prescribed medicines and advised some tests. The next day, after my reports confirmed dengue, I was told to get admitted. From the very first night of admission, I realized how this hospital prioritizes profit over patient care. They claimed to be using “emergency stock” and asked me to buy all medicines from outside the next day. However, when my mother went to an outside pharmacy, she was told by the hospital staff that they don’t accept outside medicines and we must buy from their in-house medical store — which sells at inflated prices. When I confronted the owner and asked for a written statement about this policy, he refused and instead offered only a 10% discount. Clearly, this is a tactic to force patients to purchase overpriced medicines from them. The real shock , the medicines they forced me to buy from their store for 3 days cost ₹13,500, but the same medicines from outside cost only ₹7,300. That’s nearly double the price — blatant overcharging during a time when the patient has no choice Secondly, they do not allow any tests from outside labs. All tests are routed through a single outsourced lab (“Wellness Lab”) with charges significantly higher than market rates — essentially normal lab rates plus the hospital’s commission. Thirdly, their billing practices are questionable. I was admitted at 11 PM on 10/08/25 and discharged at 5 PM on 13/08/25, yet they billed me for 4 full days of bed charges (₹1,800/day) and 4 days of doctor visit charges (₹700/day). The doctor only spent about a minute per day checking on me, but I was still charged the full daily fee. Cleanliness is another serious concern — the washrooms are filthy, hygiene standards are poor, and the nursing staff often ignore calls unless you press the bell multiple times. In my opinion, this hospital exploits patients during vulnerable times, focuses more on profit than care, and fails to maintain basic hygiene. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing this place for treatment.

Worst hospital service.....doctor Rajani (gynaecologist) comes once in a week which causes huge line of appointment...... 500 consulting charges even if you enter her cabin to say HI.......pathetic service.....lots of mosquitoes....... Improper sitting arrangements....no social distancing.......
