I visited this bank for a property loan, but unfortunately no one responded to my queries. Very disappointed with the service. My rating is negative this bank

The bank has poor service, high monthly charges, and rude staff.

My ratings to this branch is 1 as negative I have never seen worst branch like this as they don't provide a valueable guest service of any queries r customer service They provide more attention to customer Who is doing lakhs and crores of transactions I have never seen a professional bank does like this service in other professionals banks. Horrible and worst service in the branch , dissatisfaction with service involved by the management done here . As I m also 14 years customer of axis Bank I had never seen this unprofessional behaviour which makes why we choosen this Axis bank .

We have a savings account in this branch. It got precautionary debit freeze for regular transactions. We spoke to our relational manager Srikanth for help. Response was poor. It’s been 5 business days that request made but didn’t receive proper response. I expect better response from banks when a customer is in need of help.

Very rude staff. They have a board outside that they provide NRI services. Turns out they can only show attitude and rude behaviour towards their customers. Not helpful at all. Decided to close my account because of the reckless and careless behaviour.
