Doctor timing is very bad because patient is very painfull doctor is very late

What kind of hospital is this they won't even do CT scan, hospital guards and staffs are very inpolite, I agree doctors are okay. Very bad hospitality. I think haryana government should invest some money to teaching the staff some manners

I am deeply concerned about the unprofessional behaviour of the staff during my sister’s labour at your hospital. No female nurse was available, and a male staff member was assigned to check her, which made her extremely uncomfortable. This is highly inappropriate and disrespectful in such a sensitive situation. Moreover, the staff nurse's rude behaviour added to the distress. I request the our govt, to look into this matter seriously and ensure proper protocol is followed, including the presence of female staff for female patients.

Updated details as on 19th April 2021 (COVID special) ⚫ COVID Testing facility available here at no cost. ⚫ Carry your Aadhar card of any region. ⚫ Even if you don't have Aadhar, carry any ID and a valid phone number. (Not sure, but I guess Adhar isn't mandatory for testing) 🟢 09 AM onwards on all working days except Sundays. 🟢 Try to reach early, at times they run out of testing kits. 🟢 Expect a wait time of 1 hour to up to 3 hours or so. 🟠 Less crowd was there on 16th, increased by 4X on 19th. 🔴 Heavily crowded with no proper administratively arrangements. 🔴 Observed people with jugàad taking backdoor entry due to which people in queue had to wait longer. 🔴 People not following social distancing, staff not in PPE kits or properly wearing risking their themselves and near ones by becoming a carrier. 🔴 Surprised to see least efforts were being taken to maintain least possible contact between staff and people gathered there for test. 🔴 They ask you to sit on an old chair where hundreds of other seated before you and no disinfection process. 🔴 Once test is done, it will take 3 days or more to get the report. 🔴 To get the report again you need to queue up in a similar scenaerio. 🔴 I got tested on 16th and got report by visiting on 18th (as they asked, but no report) & 19th (when I received it) but later on 19th eve received an sms & was abale to view the report online which is a good thing, it wasn't available online in Delhi Govt's hospital. 🟢 Also, positive results usually get a phone call to get intimation of results. ⚫ Your status also gets updated in Arogya Setu App if you result positive, use the number you gave at the time of test to login.
